Embracing the concept that the best grapes grow on slopes, the collected fruit is recognized for excellence of micro-climate, soils and management. It ensures that the flavour and tannins reach maturity at the same time as the sugar reaches its proper level. This is our dedication to handcrafting to produce fine grapes for high-quality wine. All guests are encouraged to come and take part in this divine process.

 At “The Vineyards“ we will reveal to you the ancient and modern techniques of producing fine quality wine step by step. After harvesting process let us take you to our Winery. There are hundreds of decisions that go into making a bottle of wine and end up by the influences of the man. Experience a true working winery setting surrounded by oak barrels and casks and learn how we do the crushing, where fermentation takes place, how wine is left for clearing, ageing and when the bottling process comes. We count on using modern equipment with a mixture of ancient wine making techniques and all other elements in balance to complement the grape. The Winery specializes in creating tasting rooms that is full of warm, friendly and relaxing atmosphere.
